These Terms of Service govern use of the WorkLabApps platform and related services offered by WorkLabApps.pro. By accessing or using our services you agree to these terms. We operate from Malaysia and any use of the services is subject to applicable local law and these terms.

Users must be eligible to form legally binding contracts and must use WorkLabApps in a lawful manner. Accessing the service for fraudulent, illegal or unauthorized activities is prohibited.
Users must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 16, you may not register or use the services.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the service. Prohibited activities include unauthorized access, misuse of data, and any activity that infringes third-party rights.
Availability of certain features may be restricted based on your country of residence. WorkLabApps is operated from Malaysia and local laws may affect service availability.
Account Responsibilities
Creating an account allows access to WorkLabApps features. Account holders are responsible for maintaining accurate information and protecting account credentials.
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. Keep profile and billing details current to ensure uninterrupted service.
Protect your password and authentication methods. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing by WorkLabApps.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support immediately so we can take steps to secure the account and mitigate unauthorized activity.
We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms, pose security risks, or are involved in unlawful activities. Suspension may be temporary or permanent depending on circumstances.
Service Provision
WorkLabApps provides software and related services to help businesses with mobile and web application development workflows. Features and availability vary by plan and geographic region.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Material changes will be communicated to affected customers in advance where practicable.
We strive for high availability but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur; we aim to minimize disruption and restore service promptly.
User Conduct Rules
When using WorkLabApps, you agree to follow these conduct rules to preserve a safe and lawful environment for all users.
- Do not use the service for illegal activities or to facilitate unlawful behavior.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data or accounts.
- Respect intellectual property and do not upload infringing content.
- Do not distribute malware, spam or malicious code through the service.
- Use the service in a way that does not disrupt other users or degrade system performance.
- Follow any documented API usage limits and integration guidelines.
- Cooperate with reasonable requests from WorkLabApps related to contribute or remediation.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload or submit while using WorkLabApps. You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of such content.
Users maintain intellectual property rights in their own content, subject to the license granted to WorkLabApps in these terms.
By submitting content, you grant WorkLabApps a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store and display the content as necessary to provide the service and to improve platform functionality.
You are responsible for content accuracy and compliance with laws, including privacy and intellectual property obligations. WorkLabApps is not responsible for user-submitted content.
WorkLabApps may remove or disable access to content that violates these terms or applicable law, or when required by court order or legal obligation.
Intellectual Property
WorkLabApps and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the platform, software, activity and underlying technology, subject to the limited rights you are granted under these terms.
- Do not copy, modify or create derivative works of WorkLabApps software without authorization.
- Do not remove or alter proprietary notices or activity in the service.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the platform except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Paid Services and Billing
WorkLabApps offers paid subscription plans and professional services. Paid services are subject to plan terms, pricing and billing cycles as described at signup or in service orders.
Pricing is set forth on the WorkLabApps website and may vary by plan and region. Promotional pricing applies only for the specified period.
Payments are processed using supported payment methods. You authorize WorkLabApps or its payment processors to charge amounts due for the services you order.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Cancellation will apply at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the refund policy applicable to the purchased service and local consumer protection laws.
Customers may cancel subscriptions through their account settings or support channels. Cancellation does not automatically remove data; retention and deletion follow the privacy policy.
Applicable taxes, duties and fees may be added to billed amounts and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise indicated.
We may change pricing for plans or services. For existing subscribers, price increases will be communicated in advance in accordance with the subscription terms.
Failure to pay amounts due may result in suspension or termination of paid services until arrears are cleared.
Disclaimer
WorkLabApps provides the service 'as is' and does not make representations about achieving specific business outcomes. Any guidance or examples provided are for informational purposes and should be evaluated in your operational context.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, WorkLabApps' liability for damages arising from or related to these terms is limited to direct damages up to the amount paid by you to WorkLabApps in the 12 months preceding the claim. WorkLabApps is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Third-Party Services and Integrations
Integrations and third-party services available through WorkLabApps are provided by separate providers and governed by their terms. WorkLabApps is not responsible for the availability, security or content of third-party services.
Termination
Either party may terminate paid service agreements in accordance with the applicable subscription terms. WorkLabApps may suspend or terminate accounts for breach or suspected misuse of the service.
Upon termination, access to the service will cease. Data retrieval options and post-termination data handling are governed by the applicable service agreement and our privacy policy.
Privacy
Use of personal data in connection with the service is subject to the WorkLabApps Privacy Policy, which describes data handling practices and your rights.
Communications
We may send important service-related notices and administrative communications to the email address on file. Marketing communications will be sent only with your consent where required, and you can opt out at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect as indicated. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved before the competent courts in Malaysia, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, parties should first seek to resolve it through good faith discussions. If unresolved, disputes will be handled under the governing law provisions stated above.
